Building A Great Life  is a documentary produced by CPTV in partnership with the Connecticut Council on Developmental Disabilities, The University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Protection and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities. Building A Great Life examines the moral and fiscal debates concerning the closing of Connecticut's institutions that provide residential care for people with intellectual disabilities.
