For the past 3 years, hundreds of families have converged on the Capitol for The Arc Connecticut Family Hearing Day to tell legislators their stories and to ask for funding for the supports their loved ones with I/DD need to live in the community.
The fight to keep the services people with I/DD have, while trying to secure funding for thousands in need of services gets harder every year. Making progress is in these difficult times will require that all who have services and all who need services do your part. This is not someone else's fight. It is up to you!

Sign up will take place in the 2nd Floor Atrium of the Legislative Office Building between 9:15 - 10:00 am. Testimony will be first come, first serve. Please bring 5 copies of your testimony whether you plan to testify in person or not.
