The Library Wine Bar and Bistro is Wallingford's old town library and restored by the Gouveia family of Gouveia Vineyards.  Come out to meet Arc Board members and staff and hear about our exciting work, while you enjoy a meal and taste a variety of selected wines in a beautiful historic setting.

We will also be awarding our 2nd Annual Peg Dignoti advocacy award to recognize a member of our community who has shown an unwavering commitment to promoting and protecting the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
